Recipe -Stuffed Glutinous Ball (mochi)

Do u like to eat mochi but don't know how to make it ? Here i got recipe to share with you .

Stuffed Glutinous Ball (Mochi)

Ingredients:
250g glutinous rice flour,30g sugar,20g shortening,300ml water

Filling:(mix)
300g peanuts(toasted and grounded),150g sugar

Method for dough:
Mix glutinous rice flour with sugar,water and shortening,knead into batter,Pour the glutinous batter into a container.Steam the glutinous batter in the high heat for 20 minutes,once cooked ,let it cool down.

Method:
1.Pour the steamed glutinous dough into a tray with additional glutinous rice flour.
2.Cut the dough with knife into about 30g each.
3.Flatten the dough into round shape.
4.Wrap in peanut filling.
5.Make into ball.
6.Caot with glutinous rice flour again,ready to serve.
