Recipe-Pandan Leaf Chicken

Ingredients :
2 pcs chicken whole leg (debone & cut into small pieces), 15 sprigs big pandan leaves (washed)

Spices (pounded) :
8 pcs shallot, 4 pips garlic, 3 stalk coriander roots, 2 stalk serai, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp chopped turmeric

Seasoning :
1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp curry powder, 1tsp sugar, 1 tbsp corn flour

Method :
1.Marinate the chicken with pounded spices and seasoning for 2 hours.

2.Fold 1 sprig of pandan leaf into triangle shape, put in some chicken pieces and wrap up.

3.Heat oil and deep fry the pandan leaf chicken in medium heat until fragrant and cooked, dish out and drain.
